This won't matter because earning will be based on $$$ spent on fare, not distance flown.
This is identical to Delta's Basic Economy->Main Cabin->Comfort+->First buy-ups, all dictated by the same fare basis code. Earning is still based on fare family, identical to P-up fares. P-up's don't have their own fare basis for many airlines, they are simply the economy fare basis.
