If the flight is full, as generally they are to the USA, then FLY will allocate you a seat at OLCI as you indicate, and perhaps give you 2 or 3 other options, but probably not that many, if you are blue and it wouldn't surprise me if they are mainly middle seats. However about a third of passengers check in online in the first couple of hours, another third in the following 12 hours. So consequently if you aren't happy with your seat at OLCI, just select the best seat you can, and don't download the boarding pass. Leave it 15 minutes and check again, repeating as necessary. It's probably best to do this on the full website, it's not difficult to accidentally download a boarding pass on the App thanks to fat finger syndrome. That's a general outline, a lot will depend on the specifics of your flight.
