I had a pretty big one from SPG recently… but I don't think we have an SPG thread… so I'll just throw it in here for fun.

At the bar, working with my laptop, 3 days in a row. 3rd night, when I close out my tab at 12:30pm… the (really bad) bartender tells me that no, I can't put it on the room, because the computer doesn't allow it after midnight. I told her I had done it both nights prior, but she insisted. Then I told her, ok, but first I'd like that she put in my SPG number so I can get the points. Somehow she figured it'd be even more work, so she just came back with the room-charge receipt and hands it to me without a word.

Total liar. She was also the worst bartender I've had in a long long time.
