When to book flights and purchase tickets is a question best answered in the various airlines and/or OTA forums, not in the Google Flights support thread which is the place to seek help in searching for flights and airfares. You may also wish to check out Hopper, an app that perdicts the best time to buy tickets.

A recent message asking when is the best time to book a trip was deleted. Please feel free to post this question in the relevant forum.
