That's an absurd requirement as plenty of providers won't let you know what IMEI has been used. You could ask more directly 'please send me a report of IMEIs used with my SIM card from xxxx-xx-xx through xxxx-xx-xx'. But I doubt they'll provide it. Maybe they'd accept the non-result letter to that?
