While you have the fare rules up, the lines you want are:
Code:
CANCELLATIONS
BEFORE DEPARTURE
CANCELLATIONS PERMITTED.
RESIDUAL VALUE MAY BE REFUNDED
CHANGES
BEFORE DEPARTURE
CHANGES PERMITTED.
But also beware this.
If this were indeed refundable, when I try to cancel the flight from the website reservations page, it says this under Reservation Value:
"
This reservation has no refundable value if cancelled. A refund will not be credited.
You may make changes to this reservation according to the fare rules of the cancelled reservation by selecting Change Flights on the View Reservation page.
"
That implies it is changeable, but not refundable (which I have not seen before). Does this language just mean it won't be auto-refunded, but that I will have to request a refund after cancellation?
Thanks
