True, the REFUNDABLE endorsement is probably the easiest to read.

While you have the fare rules up, the lines you want are:

CANCELLATIONS
BEFORE DEPARTURE
CANCELLATIONS PERMITTED.

RESIDUAL VALUE MAY BE REFUNDED

CHANGES
BEFORE DEPARTURE
CHANGES PERMITTED.
