The letter definitely said inquiries, not new accounts? For new accounts, I'm at about 20/24, but for inquiries, I'd be at 1/24 for the bureau Barclays pulls (TU). They're the only one that pulls that bureau.
I'm guessing it either said or meant new accounts. Inquiries would be no problem for lots of us.
