I see there have been some pretty good offers on Ink, Sapphire (not reserve) and SW cards in the past. Without re-reading thru the entire thread - has anyone gotten positive results from sending an SM to retention or do you have to call?

I don't mind calling on my own cards when it's time, but we'd probably like to keep my wife's CSP another year and its not worth the $95 to her to have to talk to a stranger and ask an "awkward" question.
