Also, regarding point 2, yes, its very frustrating with the new syrstem as I cannot see future dates of Comp nights as my renewal is on October. Hopefully they fix this somehow!
It is actually a "cheat". Call the aussie customer service on toll free number as if you want to book by asking to check avail. Once they told you which date is avail, you will say let me think about it and you do it online.
