wow your experience is very different than mine. I had one of the best flights with UL. FAs were delightfully charming and warm and I had the best curry onboard ever

Sorry to hear about the unpleasant behaviour of FA and the ants in your salad. I suppose (and I hope) this is a one off incident. Not trying to defend UL in any way, but I understand UL is currently facing strong headwind so maybe it impacts overall service
