The hotel clearly has upgraded room types (ITC One), and there is availability for the dates selected. I booked directly through SPG and I have more than enough suite nights available? Thats frustrating as I just booked a nonrefundable rate.
i've faced this problem with this property a bunch of times & have always had to get my ambassador involved to attach the suite nights....this is one in a very long line of reasons i've stopped staying here....
