OK, I have an unlocked Nokia 6100 (which supports GSM 1900, as well as 900/1800). Can I get just a pre-paid SIM at T-Mobile?

ScottC indicates yes but the link to the website mentions kits with phones, or a SIM if you already have a T-mobile phone. Any experiences? Thanks.
