Having the same issue. I am logged into both accounts, when I click "Get started" from the S&S website, it take my to the FR site. Then I "login to link accounts" and then after I login it takes me back to the original S&S page. Seems like nothing is happening, and the 0.05 is not showing on S&S rewards.
