I called up today to change my CW LHR-SEZ trip to F. The agent was excited to inform me that I'd get access to the "First Class Lounge" to relax before the flight.

I said "you mean the Concorde Room?"

He said "No, you need a Concorde Room card for that".

I didn't bother arguing. 🙄
