I don't mind the 767 seats at all, if I get the one close to the window. Never had to fly a different seat so can't say for sure.
Reverse herringbone is better (but haven't flown DL's), but I do like the 767.
Haven't flown VS UC in 8 or so years, but if they're still using the herringbone seats (feet in the aisle), especially the ones that don't recline much, I'd strongly prefer the 767.
And I avoid BA at all costs unless I can get an upper deck window with the storage shelf/box.
