We had 4 nights in Torres del Paine and it wasn't enough. That said, we're very active. I would have loved to do some full day hikes, parts of the W etc. We just didn't get round to it sadly.

We got back last week (13th September) when the park is still very quiet. Recommended to go in the shoulder seasons to avoid the crowds.

Things do book up but I'd be surprised if everything is full. Many properties have minimum stays which might be your issue? For example Explora where we stayed definitely has rooms in Feb on a random date. Min is 4 nights.
