There are two CI lounges in T2, the crappy biz class one and the nicer Paragon lounge (yes upstairs past immigration). Was there two weeks ago and the crappy one is under renovation (YES!) so everyone is bumped up to the Paragon one for now. Your CI J ticket is fine. Even Y would be OK as long as you entered your DL FF # your ticket will show you are ST E+ so you're good to go.
