I have one that ouputs 19v. Have used it on occasion as emergency for my laptop. It's a bit of a beast though so it's not a regular traveller with me. Didn't have an issue at security as far as I recall. Can't remember the capacity. 20k maybe. Has a solar cell on it too for self charge. It's a pretty neat bit of kit.
