Wind closure would be unusual. ATC delays for wind are quite common, but when they pop up at one airport, they tend to quickly pop up at all three (though sometimes in varying degrees).

This is causing some arriving flights to be delayed an average of 4 hours and 17 minutes. To see if you may be affected, select your departure airport and check "Delays by Destination".
I expect the wind is also hurting JFK, but the runway construction does not help even on a good day.
