and if you enter any number incorrectly, it doesn't allow you to correct or tell you that you are being rejected. it just dumps you out to the regular line.

if you use the gold number and are only silver, it sends you to the silver line instead. (i HAD to try it)

even when you do get the elite line, i've found that they still don't always greet you by name.
