Plain old laundry soap and water have always worked for me. I have a lot of motorcycle gear made out of similar ballistic nylon, and its manufacturers all say just to wash it in the washing machine.

I use a brush and garden hose or bathtub on luggage since it doesn't fit in the washing machine
