Agent is wrong and you are right. This promo required the stay to occur within the promo period. The was no requirement for it to be booked within the promo period. There was an additional requirement that you register by June 30.

I emailed Hyatt Concierge again and was told that I needed to register between 5/23 and 6/30 (which I did) and stay between 1/1/2017 and 5/1/2017, which makes ZERO sense.
I now understand the ridiculously incorrect info that agents provide. I've followed-up and will try calling.
Edit: I responded stated the terms and conditions. I received a response that it takes 6-8 weeks from stay. The stay completed in early July. It has been more than the 8 weeks. I don't understand why this is so difficult.
