HK is a terrible place to be mobility-limited.
That's very true. One is expected to walk and climb stairs in order to navigate HK efficiently. It is better to skip HK altogether.

Depends on your timing...this weekend we had some of the worst pollution I've ever seen in HK. Very low visibility--couldn't even see the buildings across the harbor. Would be a shame to be 100 stories up and have a view of nothing but smoky haze.
Oh.. too bad. But that's the risk. On a clear day, the RC view is spectacular.
