I did post earlier in the thread on this--my recommendation is to skip HK altogether if there is any chance you'll be wheelchair-bound. That said, for the MO example above there might be a lift up to the walkways that go over Connaught, but I'm not sure, and if there are they are further away.
HK is a terrible place to be mobility-limited.
