Wearing my baseball cap like i do often when flying all day.
I was asked to remove it as i presented BP and ID. I think this was in YXE.

On another flight from YEG-YVR I thought I heard the GA say hats had to be removed as you approach counter during his announcements. The GA who took my BP did not ask me to remove it though.
Is this a one off or a new procedure?
If it is now procedure, there is potential for trouble here...
