I actually like the Coconut Point beach --the fact that its private and secluded and only accessible by hotel ferry makes it unique. While it's not the widest, whitest FL beach, it's a great place with nice ammenities ...and great shelling opportunities

I agree with the other posters --Coconut Point is my favorite FL Hyatt. The Tampa resort is nice, but Coconut Point has excellent service and very nice rooms...both for an affordable price. It's not exactly near the attractions you want to visit (Space Coast, Key West, etc.) but may be worthy of a few nights' stay while your trekking across the Sunshine State.
