My major delay was in getting conditionally approved. I called the Canadians and Americans multiple times and kept getting told to just wait. Fortunately, however, when I called the Canadian number, 1-800-842-7647, for Residents of Ontario and the United States, I finally got someone who was willing to look into the situation and it was resolved, and I was approved, within about 2 hours.
