I received an email saying there was a glitch in the system that prevented Amex from posting the bonus points to my account this morning.
I've received that e-mail twice in the past week or two, but no points have posted. I think they owe me a fair number (at least 2 3K bonuses), but I don't actively track it so not certain of the number. At this point, I have no faith at all that points are being properly awarded or that errors are being corrected.
