I choose points and until yesterday, every other Hampton still offered snacks and many times daily. This is the problem when some places go above and beyond. It suddenly becomes expected and when you don't get more than what they are required to give you get upset. Expect what you are entitled to and anything beyond is a bonus to be happy about. If only get the required benefit there is nothing to be upset about. It is wrong in my book to complain if you expect more than the benefit requires and don't get it. Save the complaints for when you don't get at least the required.
