I received an email saying there was a glitch in the system that prevented Amex from posting the bonus points to my account this morning. However, they still owe me 2000 points for the "spend $2000 on your card offer" that started in June and ends September 29th. I will wait until my statement closes in a few days. If the points are not there, I will call again.
