Bags with zippers/zipper locks only are inherently less secure than bags that get locked by means other than zippers/zipper locks.

Opening a locked zipper bag without unlocking the zipper locks is jokingly easy.

Get a zipper-less bag that can be locked and that kind of bag is probably going to be more secure for the kind of circumstances of concern mentioned above.
