if you plan on going sightseeing then the st. regis is probably in the 'best' location out of all the spg & marriott properties....although i will point out that even the st. regis is far from the tourist hotspots & you will be spending a lot of time on the road....

the st. regis is far superior in terms of pretty much everything you are looking for in a property....great service, nice rooms, amazing breakfast, butler service, etc....also, the location of the hotel is good in terms of the area, surrounded by lots of shopping & eating options....

out of your list, the itc grand central & juhu marriott would jointly follow a distant second to the st. regis....i like the itc lounge & the location is decent....the juhu property is next to the beach with decent views & i can't really find any fault with the hotel....both are solid properties & i would gladly stay in either one of them if the st. regis was not available....
