If I was you, I would be calling the Diamond line and have it looked into. I only ask them to apply to the longest leg until that clears, then I call and apply to all remaining. If you had them apply to all, and it don't even show you wait listed, I would be calling... but thats me. Some might disagree?

Yes! thanks for this. I've tweeted at them and they've applied it to the remaining, with NRT-SIN clearing instant. I guess JFK-PDX is a DM heavy route anyway (tons of nike/intel employees)
