Firefly (FY) document verification at SIN

I have an upcoming SIN-SZB flight on Firefly (FY), connecting off a QR flight from DOH, in two weeks. I have a 1:15 scheduled connection, and when checking in I noted that the BP states I have to present my BP and passport at a landside check-in counter for document verification at least 45 minutes prior to departure. I will not have any checked bags.

(1) Does anyone have any experience on whether FY will allow said document checks to happen at the gate for connecting pax without checked bags? There has been previous discussion about AK, and conclusion seemed to be that it was allowed as "an exception". I'm looking for FY-specific experience ex-SIN here.

(2) If my flight lands on time, will 15 minutes be enough time to clear immigration, most likely at T2? My plan would be to Skytrain from T3 to T2, clear immigration at T2, and head to the FY check-in desks? I'm budgeting 10 min for travel time from the arrival gate to T2 immigration, and 5 min for travel time from T2 immigration to the FY check-in desks, which leaves 15 min for immigration clearance. QR arrives at 8:25pm, and I'll be in J so one of the first off the aircraft.

If QR is more than 5-10 minutes late, I'll just head directly to the FY gate and hope for the best, since I wouldn't make it to the landside desks by T-45 anyway.

Any insights would be appreciated!
