Exactly the message I was told. Also was told that card is 'demarketed'.
I was told it's in the process of being phased out. But my Singaporean colleague just received her's (she does not have have a UOB bank account). So Weird. I will probably go to the branch tomorrow and open up an account just to apply for these really valuable cards.
