so i just returned from my trip and wanted to share my experience.

flew IST - FRA on an A320. crappy business class and we landed on a gloomy cold rainy day on the apron. no gate. i got off and had a mercedes S350 with the heated seats on waiting for me. took me to the terminal. i was through immigration and to the FCT in ten mins. got a ride to the 748 for my flight to IAD which was also nice and enjoyed the flight.

However, what really impressed me was that when we landed in IAD we had somebody waiting for all 8 FC passengers that took us in a car directly to baggage claim. i was very impressed with that level of ground service at a non-hub. either way was very impressed
