Each airlines will have their own PNRs.

Seems like you may have booked through a travel agent? They will have the "master PNR" (thats what a guy in the other thread called it), and that is where you'll be able to see your entire journey.

For luggage, the rules of the carrier doing the international leg over the water applies, but I think there's some extra shenanigans with US flights with codeshares. Regardless, just call LH/AC (whoever answers first) and just ask them what they see as allowance for the ticket.
