I have already been accepted by Canadian immigration for NEXUS. I been rejected by US immigration(CBP). So there is no residency conflict here. I visited today Enrollment Center and met with one CBP officer because his Supervisor was not in office today and he tried to help me to figure out whats going on but unfortunately he did not have full access so he recommended me to come back and meet with my Supervisor because he has all access to all information.
