What about The Prince Sakura Tower Tokyo, Autograph Collection ?

It is only Category higher 7/8 but maybe it is worth it (not been in Tokyo just planning my own trip) as the Train Station to the airports etc. is right next door and the rooms seem to be way bigger than the Courtyard ones.
