FS is quite close to public transport. You walk a hundred metres into IFC and then descend a few escalators down to Hong Kong Station. There you can access Airport Express and the Tung Chung line. You can connect underground to the Central line, but the underground walk is 10-15 minutes, same as above ground.
LMO is pretty much on top of the Central station, and you can access it directly from the Landmark shopping mall underneath. From there you can access the rest of HK Island, or pop over to Kowloon via TST.
MO is 2 blocks or so from the LMO. Shorter walk to ferries to get to the outlying islands or across the harbor, but for MTR you pretty much need to head back towards the LMO.
Just to add to that, FS is right above Airport Express station, more or less. But the entrances and the way it's designed make it a slight bit of a walk but you don't need to go all the way to main Central station. It's the most convenient to access for Airport Express - other lines will take a bit of a walk. It's also close to the ferries.
MO has a subway exit right next to it, but the actual station is right below the LMO which is the easiest to access. Don't think MO is close to the ferries though unless you're talking of the OLD Star Ferry pier!
