I know a number of us here use this invaluable electronic alternative to OAG (it's done so much better). I've used it for years. But both last month, May, and this month, June, I've had trouble downloading the updates which run so slowly, and the process crashes out before completion.

There's a "manual update" option for "those who are having trouble" but the specified web page just does not load.

Any offers ? I'm waiting for their Help Desk's ideas too.
