Thanks. MMB shows the outward flight as a 777 with Y starting at row 26. No upgrade available as they are Avios seats with no availability in other classes and I had to use the double Avios Gold benefit to get them anyway!
If you have access to EF, put an alert in for normal avios seats in any classes on both flights, you may get lucky with regular reward availability opening up nearer flight time, and you can get your double avios reward amounts refunded.
