Aman hotels have the most beautifully designed hotels, but they have forgotten or overlooked the human aspect and the ergonomics of hospitality. The day they get that right, they will be unbeatable.

New ownership and staff changes aside, most Amans still have teams who actually care very much. Historically Amanresorts pioneered 'the human aspect' along with Four Seasons, before others could even spell culture.
