Upper House is definitely very good with upgrades. Feel free to drop me a PM/email etc if you need help. However, as was mentioned on here, t's not necessarily the most wheelchair friendly access place. The split level bathrooms don't help either in that regard.
Is there even an elevator from the entrance lobby escalator that leads to the secondary lobby-ish floor?
