Sorry, but have to disagree with those who recommend the Pen. Yes, great views if you get a harbor view room and good service BUT the place is a zoo filled with cookie loos and tourists nonstop. And food is mediocre imo.

For location you can't beat the MO. It's not as flashy as some of the others but service is wonderful and you can walk to so many places easily.
