TG please don't be that way
While the price is getting higher than many airlines, the service starts deteriorating. I did notice,
1. Long haul breakfast in economy has only one choice (on the screen they showed two choices)
2. No improvement in lounge quality (Royal Silk)
3. Royal First breakfast (Kao Tom Lobster) is very appalling (I didn't pre-order)
4. Royal Silk noodles is also tasted appalling (that I have to avoid)
5. Where is the slippers? Oh! it's in the kit but it shouldn't be in there
6. It is harder to use Gold upgrade as they starts killing out J class bucket
7. The price of J cabin (BKK-LHR rtn; THB 150000) does not match with the service quality
To be honest, if TG charged me for THB 170000 for LHR rtn in Silk and the seat and service is like SQ, I would go for that.
