Have you just been promoted from Bronze?

If so, that seems correct. Having just been promoted, you have Silver for the remainder of the current membership year (up to 8 November 2017), plus one further complete membership year (up to 8 November 2018), plus the period to the card expiry date after that (31 December 2018).
