ICN and NRT are shorter flights than PVG and likely don't need as much fuel.
That makes sense, but does suggest that the PVG flight is at risk of diversion to MSP westbound throughout the runway construction.

I stopped out right after work to watch it land and take off. Lots of people out to see it--nice weather and I was glad to be able to see it! Not sure if I'll have time to fly on it before December.
How did you find out about the diversion early enough to see the plane land? I would have watched--and could have done so--if I had known.
