You are effectively buying your full allowance of 100,000 and the 50k bonus itself does not count towards that maximum as it's a 'bonus' and you're getting them for free so to speak which are added in one go when you buy them.

From the ba.com T & C's when purchasing Avios for this offer

ETA: Eligible Participants may not exceed their annual 100,000 Avios limit. Bonus Avios do not count towards your annual limit.
